Mission Statement
We exist by the support and goodwill of our customers and to this end we will strive to provide customers with a fast, efficient and quality service that meets with their expectations and is beneficial to all.heatCC Introduction
Heat Exchangers & Process Engineering (trading as heatCC) was established as a private individual company in March 1993 and promoted the sale of Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE's) and PHE Spares into the Dairy, Brewery and Industrial sectors.Originally, 'Aftermarket' products (a nice name for pirate parts ) were offered but discerning buyers were not particularly interested and we soon realized that we had to offer genuine parts to satisfy customer needs.
During 1995 we added genuine Manton-Gaulin Homogenizer Spare Parts and Reconditioned Gaulin Homogenizers to our list of products and later that year Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Ice Cream parts to the list.
In November 1996 we converted to a Closed Corporation which offered a better business base and a more stable environment for our customers.
Since then we have gone from strength to strength and have tripled our turnover. A fast and efficient computer system now holds an extensive customer database allowing us to get information and competitive pricing to clients quickly and to source parts and equipment from our overseas suppliers. Our suppliers are very supportive and have competitive prices. Deliveries, on a now wide range of products, are excellent and a real benefit to hard pressed maintenance teams.
If you're an existing customer, then our thanks for your continuing support. If you're new to this company then we promise to provide you with the best possible service and attention.
The web site give a very small selection of various parts and services that we offer. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
We're here to serve.
Thank you.
